• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 72 hours, the bet is void and the full stake is refunded.
• Odds manipulation through betting systems or arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.
• Wdtoto reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet.

Odds change rapidly during live betting. Always check the latest odds before confirming a bet. wdtoto is not liable for unconfirmed bets due to connectivity issues.

Wdtoto regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 10× (bonus + deposit).
• Reload Bonus: 20–50% bonus on weekly deposits. Wagering requirement: 8×.
• Cashback: 10% cashback on weekly net losses. No wagering requirements.
• Free Bet: For free bets awarded on special events, the original stake amount will be deducted from any winnings.

Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry. If wagering requirements are not met, bonus funds will be deducted at the time of withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wdtoto platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Match fixing or placing bets with prior knowledge of an event's outcome.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.
• Unauthorized attempts to access wdtoto's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Bypassing the account verification process by submitting false information.

Wdtoto reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation, particularly where prohibited activities are identified.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If KYC verification fails or false documentation is submitted.
• If the account holder is found to be underage.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Valid funds are generally returned before an account is closed. However, funds may be forfeited in cases of terms violations.
